This ensures that Indigo Red Exports Australia has agreed to comply with the industry code of practice for correct labelling, handling of costumer complaints, and compliance with government legislation.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
(3 year warranty)
- The terms of this guarantee is three years from the original recorded date of purchase from the retailer from whom the purchase was made. Please retain your sales invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
- This guarantee is not transferable.
- Indigo Red Exports Australia Pty Ltd guarantee it will rectify, repair or replace at their option, any defect or faulty workmanship not due to normal wear and tear, mistreatment or damage at no cost to the purchaser.
- This product is manufactured from timber and displays natural characteristics of the type of timber that has been used i.e. sap veins, knots, grain patterns, colour variation and scars. These are not considered as a defect.
- The total costs including freight for returns, repairs or replacements of items damaged in transit shall be the responsibility of the carrier/transport or retail company.
