The Zaida products are handcrafted in Kashmir, where they take great pride in the artistry of traditional stitching techniques that are past down through the ages. Combining these techniques with contemporary design and colours has created a thriving industry within the area. The woollen threads are dyed using natural dyes where possible and 100% cotton is used for the backing material. Zaida ensures all craftsmen are paid a fair wage for the work they do and at no time are children involved in any of the manufacturing processes.
